WAYLOG represents nearly a century of experience in logistics. A family-driven journey, deeply rooted in its region and firmly focused on the future.
From horse-drawn deliveries in the streets of Montpellier to tailored logistics solutions, our story has always been guided by a core value : commitment to customer service.
Strong roots, a lasting vision
WAYLOG is part of the TEC Invest group, which brings together two complementary companies : SOTRAB Logistique and WAYLOG.
The story begins in 1926 when Jules BRUN founded the business, delivering perishable goods by cart in Montpellier’s Place de la Comédie. Back then, transport was a daily challenge, and Jules met it with determination and a strong sense of service.
Four generations, one shared vision
His son, René BRUN, took over the reins and expanded the business. He later passed it on to Michel BRUN, who, in the 1970s, developed the company around road freight transport.
In 2001, Sophie BRUN, Michel’s daughter and Jules’ great-granddaughter, became the fourth generation to lead the company.
The birth of WAYLOG
In 2008, responding to increasing client demand for comprehensive logistics services, Sophie launched WAYLOG.
The company’s headquarters and first 10,000 m² logistics platform were established in Lunel-Viel, a strategic location between Montpellier and Nîmes, near major transport routes.
Growing alongside our clients
In 2009, the Lunel-Viel site expanded. By 2018, WAYLOG opened a second platform of 25,000 m² in Nîmes to support its growing operations.
Guided by Sophie BRUN’s vision, the company has become a recognized regional supply chain partner, while maintaining its flexibility and tailor-made approach.
Today, WAYLOG offers:
– 40,000 m² of fully equipped covered storage,
– Two logistics platforms in key locations,
– Powerfuls WMS (REFLEX ans STOCK-IT) for real-time inventory management,
– Agile, competitive logistics solutions trusted across Europe.
A family company with a future-focused mindset
WAYLOG draws its strength from deep-rooted family values, combining proximity, reliability, and smart innovation in service of its clients.
Today, the 4th and 5th generation are actively involved.
Pierre BRUN, Sophie BRUN’s brother, joined the company in 2021 and is responsible for the maintenance of the group’s various logistics sites.
Thomas Vidal and Emma Vidal, Sophie Brun’s children, are fully committed to carrying on this family legacy, preserving its spirit while shaping the future.
WAYLOG is more than a family business.
It’s a story of passion and innovation, driven by a dedicated team and a long-term vision for the future of supply chain management.
